What the blog is all about

I write about my life and all it encompasses; delicious food, incredible adventures, wild nights, lots of travel and yes sex. It’s not all perfect and beautiful, it’s raw and real. I started this blog because I kept seeing all these Instagram perfect models traveling the world and kept thinking how unattainable that is for most people. So here’s my unfiltered life as a 24 year old solo woman traveler.

Hello! Just about 3 years ago I booked a spontaneous month-long tour of Europe. It was supposed to be my big hurrah before becoming a “real adult”. With that thought process, I ate gelato 3 times a day in Italy, slept with just about every available man that I came in contact with and marveled in the history all around me. When I arrived back home I quickly realized this whole “real adult” thing was not for me. Since then I’ve been trying to find that delicate balance of traveling while maintaining some level of stability.

2 days in Anchorage

My time in Alaska had come to an end. I had 2 days in Anchorage before I had to say goodbye. Just enough time to make new friends and hike Flattop Mountain.

After nearly 6 months it was time to say goodbye to Deadhorse. Even in my last 6 weeks, the Arctic managed to surprise me.
